All plans require a mandatory Waiting Period before coverage takes effect, which starts from the contract purchase date. THIS SERVICE CONTRACT HAS A WAITING PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS. ANY CLAIM FILED DURING THIS WAITING PERIOD WILL NOT BE COVERED. If You keep this Contract beyond the waiting period or file a claim under this Contract, You acknowledge to have read this Contract, and You agree to the terms and conditions herein.
Covered services are also subject to either a $75 or $100 service fee, per visit. Plans referenced are not insurance; they are Vehicle Service Contracts. This contract is not an insurance policy. It is a service contract between you and the obligor. Any change to the preprinted terms and conditions of this contract is invalid and of no force or effect. If any information on this contract is in error, contact the selling company or administrator immediately. Purchase of this contract is not required in order to purchase an RV or to obtain RV financing.
If this Contract is cancelled within the first thirty (30) days from the Contract sale date, then you will receive a full refund. If this Contract is cancelled within the first sixty (60) days from the Contract sale date and no claims have been filed, then You will receive a full refund minus the contract start-up fee. If this Contract is cancelled sixty (60) days past the Contract sale date or after a claim has been filed, and you are paying a monthly fee, then there will be no refund. Your Service Contract will remain active for the remainder of the paid month then will be terminated. If your contract is cancelled due to failed or lack of payment, after two attempts, your contract will be cancelled and a new start-up fee may be assessed.
By agreeing to purchase this contract, you agree to automatic monthly billing that will occur each month on the monthly anniversary date of this contract. Should the payment fail, in any way, the card will be billed again 1 day after the initial attempt. If the payment fails again, in any way, the card will be billed again 3 days after the second attempt. If the last payment attempt fails, in any way, the contract will be cancelled at that moment. If your contract is cancelled due to failed or lack of payment, your contract will be cancelled and a new start-up fee may be assessed in order to reinstate the contract.
